Air and Space

A recent Saturday found us at at the "new" Smithsonian Air and Space Museum out by Dulles Airport, which was awesome.  I think next year when the kids are four, and are able to understand better that you're not allowed to fly in any of the aircraft on display, it will be even more fun.  They were so adamant about getting into one of the planes that we decided we'd try to simulator (not the one that spinsupside down, which would have been a blast but the kids are too small, dangit). In sum, Zoe LOVED it and wanted to do it again.  Caleb spent the entire thing with his face buried in Daddy's shirt...must have been the 3D thing, and the whole thing shaking during "re-entry" into the earth's atmosphere was a bit much for the little people...highly recommend a trip out there.

Ninja Zoe really wanted to get in this one...
Rocket suit! Caleb's ready to blast off!!
Can I have it? Please?
