Big news

It has been a crazy couple of months here in New Mexico. After a lot of soul searching, we've decided to move back east to be closer to family and friends, and plan to be back in Washington, DC by the beginning of September. I got an unbelievable job with World Vision that is paving the way, Scott has given notice and plans to go back to school next year, and we are getting ready for yet another cross-country move.

We are going to miss our awesome view of Sandia Peak and this gorgeous house --
let us know if you know anyone looking to buy in Rio Rancho
(just north of Albuquerque on the way to Santa Fe)

Caleb is starting to try and roll over these days. Both Zoe and Caleb like to "talk" back and forth with cute little noises, blow spit bubbles, and overall keep us very entertained.
They are 16 weeks old today, and I am anxious for their next doctor visit to see how much they've grown!

It was such a big help to have them in New Mexico with us!

Caleb looks remarkably like Cartman from South Park in this one.
We were on the way over to the neighbors for a BBQ and pool party.

Good morning, Mommy! The babies are so happy in the morning. It is so cute to go into their nursery (we moved them into the Noah's Ark nursery that Scott built when they hit that magical 3-month mark) first thing in the morning and they are so happy and smiling!

Caleb squirming out of his swaddle again

Zoe doing her exercises. She constantly has her legs in the air or is kicking like crazy.

Such a perfect little peanut in purple

The little princess just woke up

Cute little onesies -- one says asleep, one says awake.
The 0-3 month size fits fine on Zoe but is stretched to the max on Caleb now!
We usually have him in 6 month outfits.

All stretched out catching some zzzz's again
(and yes, I color coordinated her pacifier...)

Yup, they are a perfect pair. These are great little outfits from Geraldine in New Canaan
(thank you!) You can really see that Caleb is so much bigger than his sister!

  1. Hi Pia,

So good to see the babies and hear from you. They are getting so big :) I heard from Scott (my) that you guys were moving back - congrats on the new job...I will call you soon so we can catch up.
Curtis mentioned that you will be in DC the weekend of Sept. 8th? If so, we will too...It would be great to see you. Huggs and kisses to all. Jelena & Scott
