Kid stuff

Caleb to Zoe, as he makes up a story to follow along with the book he has in his lap, 

"Zoe, this is the bad guy. His name is Caleb Michael. He doesn't listen."

"But you're Caleb Michael, Caleb?!" 

"Yes, I'm Caleb but I can listen. Caleb Michael doesn't like to listen and he gets time outs." 

Well clearly the child does listen, it's just selective on whether he'll follow through on the tasks given. :) 

I've been remiss on taking photos again...but we had an adventure filled weekend with two of Zoe's best friends from her old school over yesterday for a play dates.  One of them is also named Zoe, and it was hysterical to hear the third little girl call out, "Zoes! Zoes!" when she wanted them all to play together.  Today was an excursion to the DC Aquarium for the neighbor's little boy's 4th birthday.  That place is fantastic, and really great for a small scale kid party... and the home-made chocolates on the cake were divine.
