Petting Zoo Terror

Dear Hubby went as one of the parent volunteers with the day-care on a field trip to a petting zoo out in Virginia. Everyone smelled like goat pee that evening.

Zoe is looking pretty suspicious of the animals, clinging to daddy.

Does this fence look like it would stop a motivated billy goat to you?

Now, why is everyone on the inside of the "fence"?
That's Miss Kalela (their teacher) with Maya and Sofia in the stroller, who are not too thrilled about the eager swans, either.

Swans are not nice.
Zoe has that distinct look, saying "Daddy, why did you put me down over here with this wild animal to take a picture??"

Caleb is very fond of birds. Mommy is fond of sturdy fences.
He is also probably quite pleased with himself, after the incident with the baby goat's milk...
